AAA offered excellent service. I contacted 4 companies when I decided to ship my car. Among those 4, AAA was the one contacting me immediately on the phone, and emailing all the information that I requested right away after we had the phone conversation. It even called me again to remind me what I should pay attention to, and if I plan to receive my car upon certain, when I should place the order to meet my need. Their service was very professional compared to the rest of 3. Hence, I decided to make business with them though their price is not the cheapest but because I felt that I could trust them. After all, they are the people who will take care of my car when I am not there~~~

My decision is correct. Later, due to some personal reason, I was still in Indiana 6 hours before the appointment. There is no way for me to arrive Kansas State on time for that appointment. When I called to reschedule, The carrier was already waiting for me in Kansas State. He was patient, and told me that it was okay to wait for me one more day. Hence, I drove to KS the next day.

AAA offers good service,and it was a good experience to do business with them.
